I haven't been to this place for YEARS ever since I moved to a new location. I came here since I was around and OMG the tacos, rice, and beans were hitting the SPOT! SO Flavorful...like the beans was a salt away of giving you high blood pressure...but baby it was seasoned. The corn tortillas were so good and tasted fresh out of Mexico . Chicago has many taco places but this one is a must if you're in the area. Besides the free tortilla chips and salsa is a bonus, any other place that don't do that are cheap lol

Honestly my favorite Mexican place - and there's a bakery next door that has the cheapest and tastiest Tres Leches around!! But the food here is SOOO good. I always say I don't trust a restaurant that has anything higher than a 4.7 for great food - and the reason is because you have to take risks with heat and flavor for the truly GREAT ONES. The food here is SO GOOD - their salsa - they have mild and hot and the hot is EXCELLENT. Their birria is probably my favorite in the city. Just fantastic!

We booked the El Azteca taco truck for our wedding, and it was absolutely incredible! Oscar gave us an amazing deal, and all the food was fantastic with rave reviews from our guests. It was so fun to have the taco truck at our wedding. Highly recommend it for any future event!

The service was great, the food even better!! Reasonably priced. The atmosphere was good. I'm definitely going to patronize this restaurant more often. Highly recommend the spicy salsas.
